Yes, to make a money transfer, you must register as a user by providing your ID and residential address.
Your information is verified in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Act by an officially registered entity under AUSTRAC (Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre). Your data will be securely stored and will not be used for any other purposes.

In person – Visit our office, and we’ll handle the rest!
Once we receive your funds, we convert them at the best available rate and securely deliver them to the recipient.
Transfers from Australia to Mongolia (AUS-MGL): Exchange rates depend on the transfer amount.
Transfers from Mongolia to Australia (MGL-AUS): Exchange rates are based on when the AUD is credited and the transfer amount.
This system gives you more flexibility and better value!
No hidden fees! The transfer fee is already included in the exchange rate, so what you see is what you get. Our goal is to provide a transparent, simple, and reliable money transfer experience.
AUS-MGL Transfers: Funds will be credited to the recipient’s account within 3-10 minutes. If there is any delay beyond this timeframe, we will notify you immediately.
MGL-AUS Transfers: There are two types of transfers based on exchange rates:
- Funds arrive within 3-10 minutes
- Funds arrive within 24 hours
Transfer times may vary depending on bank processing times and other factors.
If the recipient’s name or account details are incorrect, please contact us immediately to check if corrections can be made. In some cases, banks may restrict refunds, so please double-check all information before confirming your transfer.
Once your transfer is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
